The funny things Jacob says!

We were at my husband's grandparent's home on December 23rd to visit for the holidays. We didn't want her to have to cook a big meal (as we knew she would), so we stopped and picked up bbq. My mother-in-law made a pecan pie for dessert. Jacob had a slice and asked, "Mimi is this yellow stuff in the pie snot?" He was quite serious!

One of Jacob's uncles has been dating lately. On New Year's Eve, he asked where his Uncle T was, since he wasn't at my in-laws home while we were there. We told him that he was out on a date with his new girlfriend. Jacob said, "Ewww, I hope he doesn't like her too much, because then he might want to kiss her!"

War Machine

Here is a picture that I got of Jacob last night before we went out trick or treating! He wanted to be War Machine from Iron Man. No one knew who he was, but he didn't hesitate to tell them! We went to his Mimi's house to trick or treat there first. Then we went to a dozen or so homes in their neighborhood, then back to our home. Like past Halloween's, Jacob wants to visit a few homes, then he is finished and is ready to check out his goodies! This year, his favorite candy was Kit Kat.

Our first watermelon

Jacob and I picked a watermelon from our garden today. It weighed in at 25.2 lbs. We cut it up and it was a light shade of pink with a really thick rind. It wasn't ready yet!

Jacob has so much fun in his go-cart! He love riding it up and down our neighborhood sidewalks.

Camping at Jellystone

We went camping this past weekend at Jellystone in Waller, TX. It was only about 50 minutes from our home. We LOVED it. Our cabin was adorable and perfect to the three of us. Jacob's buddy Jeremy (pictured with the 'green' hair) spent the night our first night there, it was his first sleepover. They stayed in the loft and had a wonderful time!

Camping was great in a cabin! Lots of cold a/c! The water park was amazing! Check out the HUGE slide! In the one day that Jacob had with the slide, I bet he went up it about 80 times! It is 350 feet!

We went with friends, so it was great to have them to camp with! We will definetly go back again!
